$200 = 101 Happy People

Thanks for the submission Jane!

It’s Day 38 and Bee Money just found himself with a full stomach. Yesterday a hungry man on the street got a mouthful of bran muffins. What could happen tomorrow? Well, if you’re following the 101 Happy People Project it’s likely you’ll check back to find out. Don’t know what that is? Here’s the lowdown.

One day a young male BYU student was running along the Provo River Trail and came across a $100 bill that said, “Pick me up I’m Yours.” Instead of spending the money on himself, this kid went to the bank and opened up a checking account with a special deal that doubled his money. Now he’s started this project with the intent to help 1 person each day on a budget of $2. So follow the blog and find out some cool ways that you can help out a fellow Provo-ian with a low budget. (For instance, he’s donated several times to the Provo born NGO Tipping Bucket which funds development projects around the world.)
